Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea the “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the whole body, mind and spirit and has many beneficial effects that include deep relaxation, stress relief, relieves pain, can improve circulation, and help cleanse organs.
Reiki is a safe way to treat symptoms imbalance: chronic and acute, stress related disorders, conditions related to sinus, menopause, headaches, asthma, fatigue, arthritis, back issues, sciatica, insomnia and depression to name a few. Reiki also speeds up the recovery from surgery or long term illness, and tends to reduce side effects of medical treatments.
Reiki brings the body’s natural healing ability to fruition and boosts overall positive wellness of the body and mind restoring and rebalancing the persons energy.
Polarity Energy Healing
Polarity energy healing is based on the idea that a person’s health and well-being are determined by the natural flow of energy through the body. Disruption in the flow cause by stress, trauma, poor nutrition, and other factors lead to energy imbalances, fatigue, and illness. There are 3 types of energy fields in the body; long lines running north and south, transverse lines running east and west and spiritual currents that start at the naval and run outward.
Practitioners can identify the source of the blockages by observing symptoms such as: headaches, tight shoulders and back muscles, muscle spasms, pain, abdominal discomfort, and even tumors. Polarity can be used to promote relaxation, range of motion, relieve tension, increase energy, and reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling.
Herbal Consultation
Herbs have been used for thousands of years and their healing properties have not changed. The same herbs are used today for the same things as back then. Herbs have “chi” or “life force energy” in all their active ingredients. Because they are all natural they are recognized by the body and absorbed more easily so they help the body to active cells, build tissues and cleanse the system, and give direct aid to sick body parts and organs. Herbs are prepared as tinctures, infusions, teas, compresses, etc.
Herbs can help with stress, digestion, blood pressure, skin irritations, relaxation, nourishment of cells and body organs, anxiety and depression to name a few.
